Seawind Resort where no tipping is da rule!

(note: Seawind resort has been renamed to the Sunset Beach Resort). 

This laid back resort is located in Montego bay or Mo Bay as the initiated call it. It is a great value for an all inclusive resort. One price includes all meals and drinks. There are buffet and a la carte restaurants. The a la carte restaurants require reservations but no extra charge. There is an Asian themed restaurant and an Italian restaurant where they serve seafood as well. The Banana walk restaurant is the buffet venue here . This is the place where I learned to have fruit (pineapple) on my pizza.

Accomodations 

Your room will be located in one of two towers. All rooms are air conditioned and have large balconies too. If you are a light sleeper like I am ask for a room in the tower where the Banana walk restaurant is located not the one where the disco "Galaxy" is. The party in Jamaica doesn't start until midnight so you know it is going into the wee hours. If you don't want to hear those revelers then  don't stay in that tower.

On the water 

Non motorized water sports are included at Seawind such as kayaking, snorkeling and sunfish sailing ( like a mini sail boat).

The water in Montego Bay is always calm enough to swim and warm like a bathtub so bring an air mattress and float the day away. 

There is a small water park right at the resort with two big slides  and a large pool. Kids love it.

Kids

There is a kids program and a place for teens to hang out but mostly everyone hangs around the big pool .

Jamaica had filtered water back in 1928 so don't worry about getting sick here. You can have ice and salads just like at home. 

Sports 

There is always a game of beach volleyball going on and usually basketball at the court on site too.

Weddings 

For about $700 bucks you can be married on site and they provide the cake too.
